Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Just Risen LLC (“Just Risen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites or forms, communicate with us, or use the Just Risen Growth Platform and related services.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to information collected through Just Risen websites, landing pages, intake forms, booking pages, email, phone calls, text messages, and the services we provide to businesses. It also explains how we handle information that our business clients ask us to process about their own customers and leads.

When a client uses Just Risen to collect information through the client’s own website, forms, ads, or campaigns, the client’s privacy policy may also apply. The client is responsible for the notices and consent connected to its own business.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide, information collected automatically, and information provided by our clients or service providers when it is needed to deliver the services.

Billing contact details and transaction records. Payment cards are processed by our payment provider; Just Risen does not store full payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Usage and device information
Pages visited, links clicked, browser and device type, approximate location from IP address, referring pages, and technical logs used to operate and secure our websites and services.
Client customer information
Names, contact details, appointment details, messages, form entries, review activity, and other lead or customer records that a Just Risen client collects or asks us to manage.

3. How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • To create accounts, build websites, configure systems, and deliver the Just Risen Growth Platform.
  • To schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, route leads, request reviews, and provide customer support.
  • To send service-related notices, invoices, receipts, account updates, and requested follow-up.
  • To send marketing communications where permitted and where you have not opted out.
  • To operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our websites, forms, workflows, and services.
  • To maintain consent, suppression, billing, tax, accounting, and business records.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of Just Risen, our clients, and others.

4. Calls, text messages, and email

Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, accepting these Terms, or purchasing a service does not by itself authorize SMS marketing. Just Risen LLC sends texts only for the purposes covered by your affirmative consent. Informational texts may concern requested appointments, project updates, account notices, or support. Promotional texts about offers or services require separate marketing consent. Consent for one category does not authorize the other.

SMS choices are optional, are not preselected, and are separate from agreement to service terms, email preferences, and any consent required for automated or prerecorded calls. Where both marketing and non-marketing (informational) texts are offered, each is presented as its own separate, unchecked opt-in choice, and the form links directly to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service so you can review them before consenting. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Automated messaging may be used only within the scope of your consent. Message frequency varies with the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to unsubscribe. Reply STOP to stop texts from the sending program. A single confirmation may be sent; further program texts will stop unless you provide a new valid opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance or use . You may also contact the dedicated privacy contact in section 11 to revoke consent or request assistance.

We retain the consent disclosure, selected message categories, date and source of opt-in, and opt-out records to document and honor your choices. Text opt-out does not automatically unsubscribe you from email or cancel services. Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing email; essential account or transaction emails may continue. You may request that calls stop through our contact channel. Any call recording or transcription requires the notice and consent applicable to that call.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Messaging providers and carriers process message content and delivery data solely to transmit and administer the messaging program on our behalf; they do not receive mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in records are not provided to advertising platforms, marketing partners, or other businesses for their own campaigns.

  • Service providers: We disclose information needed to perform services on our behalf, including hosting, CRM, payments, scheduling, technical support, and security. HighLevel/LeadConnector helps operate the Growth Platform and messaging infrastructure; telecommunications carriers and messaging providers support delivery. Access is limited to the relevant service purpose. Connected Google, Meta, analytics, and other integrations receive only the information needed for the configured integration, subject to the mobile-information restriction above.
  • At your direction: We may connect authorized accounts, publish approved content, or transfer eligible project materials. A direction to share other information does not authorize transfer of SMS consent to another sender.
  • Client records: We make a client's customer records available to that client and its authorized representatives as part of processing on its behalf. This is not permission for Just Risen or another business to market to those contacts. Messaging consent remains specific to the named sender and purposes.
  • Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information as required by law or valid legal process, or as lawfully necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to rights and safety. SMS consent disclosures remain limited as described above.
  • Business changes: Other business records may be disclosed in a merger or transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards. This clause does not authorize sale or sharing of mobile information for marketing, or transfer of SMS consent for a new sender's campaigns.

6. Information we process for business clients

For customer and lead records handled on a business client's behalf, the client generally determines the purposes of processing and Just Risen acts as its service provider or processor. The client must supply appropriate privacy notices, lawful instructions, and any required consents. Applicable data-processing terms should identify the parties' roles, authorized providers, security obligations, and procedures for rights requests and incidents.

We use these records to deliver, support, and secure that client's services, follow its lawful documented instructions, or comply with law. We do not use client customer records for our own marketing, sell them, or publish them in portfolios. The client's authority over business records does not remove individuals' privacy rights or make SMS consent transferable.

If you are a client's customer or lead, contact that business for privacy requests. If you contact us directly, we will route the request appropriately and assist the client as required by our agreement and applicable law. Termination and retention are addressed in section 8 and the Terms.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites and service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep forms and accounts working, remember preferences, understand website use, measure campaigns, and protect against fraud or abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may cause parts of a website, form, booking page, or account to stop working correctly. Some service providers may collect information under their own privacy policies when their tools are embedded or connected.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, accounting, security, legal obligations, disputes, and consent or suppression records. Retention depends on record type, contractual instructions, legal requirements, and provider capabilities. Retaining a suppression record to prevent future messages does not authorize further marketing.

For client customer data, the client may request an export during the 30 days after termination. Eligible exports may include contacts, form submissions, page text, and media in standard available formats. We delete eligible client customer data from active systems within 30 days after the export window closes, using the deletion tools and account controls made available by our platform providers (including HighLevel/LeadConnector and any connected tools); backups expire on the provider's normal rotation cycle rather than immediately. On termination, processing for service delivery ends; eligible records are returned or deleted under this schedule, except records lawfully retained for legal obligations, security, consent suppression, or disputes. Retained exceptions remain restricted to those purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Use strong, unique passwords and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Applicable incident-notification duties remain subject to law and the service agreement.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

  • Reply STOP to stop a text-messaging program.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop marketing emails.
  • Contact us to update inaccurate contact or business information.
  • Contact us to ask a privacy question or make a privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request. Some information may be retained when required for security, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or suppression of future marketing messages.

10. Children’s privacy and third-party links

Just Risen’s services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly market our services to children under 13 or knowingly collect their personal information through our business intake forms. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Our websites may link to third-party websites or services, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, payment providers, scheduling tools, and client websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.
